Job description for Food Service Sales Manager at PT. Rubiyat Indonesia
- We are esentially building a team from scratch. You must be able to achieve results with a small team
- Must be able to set and achieve sales goals with a small team
- Must have a strong understanding of the Horeca Sales Process, and how to introduce new brands and products into the market
- Must be able to build and expand the sales team as goals are met
- Prepare a sales plan/strategy that involves market research, setting targets, managing pricing & promotions and developing sales kits & marketing materials for the sales team to use.
- Manage a team of food service oriented sales to achieve designated targets
- Monitor daily activities of the sales team to ensure they are fulfilling the required number of daily meetings
- Monitor the performance of the sales executives
- Monitor & adjust the schedule & visits of the sales team
- Work with the technical team to ensure they are regularly doing customer demo's or performing R&D for recipe development, or creating content for marketing use
- Prepare a marketing plan to generate warm leads for the sales executives to pursue
- Organize & conduct regular training for the sales team based on their needs to ensure they are able to meet targets.
- Research & Understand product knowledge materials and be ready to explain/educate the sales team.
- Work with the sales & technical team to maximise customer success and ensure they are getting the most out of our products
- Responsible for achieving sales targets
- Must have extensive food service experience in the Jabodetabek area
- Must have a strong understanding of Food Service sales strategies to ensure each customer is generating the maximum value from our products
- Experience in managing and developing a team of Jr. Sales staff
- Proven success record of launching & growing new products into the Indonesian market
- Experience in selling to bakeries, hotels, restaurants & cafe's
