Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Understanding of basic finance and accounting administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheet
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines
• Good analytical and data processing skills
• Able to communicate in English (preferred)
• Experience in handling land payment administration/processes will be a plus
• Basic knowledge of taxation will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Manage financial administration and company documentation
• Record transactions and maintain operational financial data
• Assist in preparing reports and periodic financial recaps
• Ensure all documents and data are organized accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding administrative and financial support needs
