Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
- Review financial documents, organize records, and manage invoices.
- Monitor cash flow and perform account reconciliations.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Support financial audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting (2+ years preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with the Accurate accounting system is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
