We're looking for someone to lead the company strategy on financial and accounting aspect. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the development of company goals, initiatives, and strategies. This role will work closely with General Manager to perform financial management duties and support the office on daily operations' efficiency and effectiveness.
▸Build and provide leadership, direction and management of the finance, accounting, and administration team
▸Provide strategic recommendations to the General Manager and members of the executive management team, including analysis of the financial implications of business initiatives proposed by the management team
▸Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation/ audit of all financial reporting
▸Advise on long-term business and financial planning with reference to the industry dynamics
▸Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
▸Review all formal finance and administrative related procedures
▸Initiative taker with positive attitude, willing to learn, passionate and a keen eye to detail
▸Good leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and functions
▸Self-motivated, able to plan and prioritize workload and withstand work pressure in order to achieve deadlines
▸Ability to work well independently and identify problems and develop potential solutions
| Minimum qualifications |
▸BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
▸6+ years of experiences in finance and accounting
▸Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) or other accounting software
▸Experience in business expansion and global projects
▸A good understanding of the logistics and transport industry
▸Startup working experience is a plus
