About the Role: We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to provide accurate, data driven insights on company profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity. You will research and analyze financial information to support decision making, prepare reports, and monitor financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Heads of Departments, CEO, factory team) to gather requirements and share insights.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, forecasts, income statements).
• Lead monthly/quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and long range planning.
• Deliver variance analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic decisions.
• Provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
• Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.
• Track financial status by comparing actual results against forecasts.
• Prepare sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
• Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or business partnering.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling, budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, and cost accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI/Tableau, ERP/GL systems preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and deliver presentations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Hands on experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, tax laws, and business environments.
