Job description for Finance analyst and HR Admin at PT SEMARA JAYA INDONESIA

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, analyzing business performance, solving problems, and helping management make better decisions through accurate reporting and analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Analysis & Reporting

* Prepare monthly Profit & Loss reports.

* Analyze business performance by store, department, and project.

* Monitor sales trends, expenses, and profitability.

* Prepare management reports and financial summaries.

* Assist management with budgeting and financial planning.

* Identify opportunities for cost optimization and performance improvement.

* Support monthly and quarterly business reviews.

* Prepare documentation and reports required for audits and management meetings.

* Work closely with the accounting team to ensure reporting accuracy.

Human Resources Support

* Support the HR Manager in recruitment and onboarding activities.

* Maintain employee records and HR administration.

* Assist with attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.

* Participate in HR reporting and workforce planning.

* Support organizational development and HR improvement projects.

Business Improvement Projects

* Participate in process improvement initiatives.

* Support management with special projects and operational reviews.

* Help develop reporting tools and performance indicators.

* Coordinate with different departments to gather and analyze information.

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field.

* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

* Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Strong Excel skills and ability to work with data.

* Good understanding of HR administration.

* Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

* Experience with accounting software is preferred.

* Ability to prepare reports, analyze business performance, and present findings clearly.
