Job description for Finance Accounting Manager at Pt Sumber Data Indonesia

- Planning, organize and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
- Lead process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Day-to-day responsibility for the balance sheet ensuring that all items are understood and any risks are managed appropriately (including developing and implementing controls and month end balance sheet reconciliations).
- Supervise, plan and coordinate the activities of a variety of finance services include financial reporting
- Familiar with budgeting, and general reporting, manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
- Detail oriented, hands-on & solution-oriented approach, strong commercial approach and good in analytical and computer skill.
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
- Ad hoc projects as deemed necessary to support the business.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from reputable university, accounting or in a related field.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience.
- Having experience in ISP company is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa is an advantage.
- Professional, well presented, and having an effective communication skill
- Possesses the ability to coordinate, influence and able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- Having the attitude of honesty, integrity, Initiative as well as self discipline, logical, detail orientated and accurate.
- Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
- Proficient user of finance software
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
