Job description for Finance Accounting Executive at The OCX

1. Accounting (Core)

- Full-cycle accounting: AR, AP, general ledger, journal entries

- Month-end closing

- Bank reconciliation - operating accounts and custodial wallet (daily/weekly)

- Seller payout processing and refund management

- Multi-currency transactions

2. Tax & Compliance (Indonesia)

- Monthly VAT filing

- Annual corporate tax return

- Tax invoice management and vendor tax verificatio

3. Financial Reporting

- Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement

- Event P&L reporting

4. Finance Operations

- Budget tracking across teams and functions

- Vendor invoice verification and payment scheduling

- Invoicing

- Expense management

- Software subscription and procurement payment tracking

5. Singapore Entity

- Basic bookkeeping for SG holding entity

- ACRA annual filing coordination

- FX gain/loss accounting
