Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting with 3–5 years of experience as Finance, Accounting, and Tax Lead / Senior / Supervisor, preferably in FMCG or beauty industry
- Strong understanding of financial operations including Account Payable, Account Receivable, Cashflow Management, and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas) and experienced in using accounting software / ERP systems such as Odoo
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including reporting through Coretax, supported by Brevet A & B certification and understanding of PSAK
- Strong leadership skills, detail-oriented, data-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of handling pressure
Job Description:
- Manage and oversee end-to-end financial operations including Account Payable, Account Receivable, and company cashflow to ensure financial stabili
- Handle transaction journaling and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing)
- Ensure full tax compliance (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, and other related taxes), including accurate and timely reporting
- Monitor and stay updated with the latest tax regulations, providing strategic tax planning recommendations aligned with legal compliance
- Lead, manage, and be accountable for the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team, ensuring effective team performance and alignment with company goals
