Job Description :
- Performing financial and accounting related activities in a timely manner
- Preparing finance journal entries and account reconciliation reports
- Financial controller (AR & AP)
- AR collection and aged receivables report
- Gathering and monitoring financial data (sales revenues and liabillities)
- Monitoring fixed assets and depreciation
- Managing bank reconcilliation
- Managing tax payments
- Monitoring and reporting an accounting discrepancies
- Assist ini external audit process
- Performing month-end and year-end closing process
Recuirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Finace/Accounting
- At least 2 years of work experience as a finance accounting staff in similar role (AR Collection)
- Detail oriented, high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP System (odoo)
- Basic knowlwdge of tax regulation, reporting, and calculation
