1. JOB MISSION
At PATI Group, we are not looking for a "passive coder" who blindly waits for tasks. We are hunting for a Product Manager (AI & Internal Solutions) - a professional with a sharp product mindset, business acumen, and the capability to weaponize AI to design, deploy, and continuously upgrade internal automation workflows and tools.
You will be directly responsible for transforming raw ideas and operational pain points from various departments (Marketing, Creative, CS, Operation) into fully functional "internal tech products", drastically optimizing costs and multiplying overall organizational efficiency by x20.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Internal R&D: Proactively immerse yourself into departmental workflows to dissect inefficiencies, research emerging trends, and architect AI-driven automation solutions tailored to real-time business and market needs.
- AI Prompt & Flow Architecture: Master advanced Custom Instructions and System Prompts. Leverage the power of cutting-edge AI models (Claude, GPT, Grok, DeepSeek) combined with MCP and CLI to construct robust, repeatable, and scalable automation flows that can be effortlessly adopted by non-technical staff.
- Data-Driven & P&L Alignment: Partner closely with Managers to analyze operational metrics, ensuring every developed AI tool/flow directly moves the needle on revenue growth or P&L optimization.
- Continuous Integration & Upgrades: Operate with the philosophy of "1% better every day." Actively gather feedback from internal users, measure tool performance metrics, and systematically refine features.
3. REQUIREMENTS
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management (PM), Business Analysis (BA), or a proven track record of building independent digital products.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience deploying AI & Automation solutions to streamline workflows and process high-volume datasets.
- System Architect Mindset: Proficient in mapping out complex workflows. In-depth understanding of structuring AI Projects and managing AI Context/Memory effectively to command LLMs for flawless, instant execution.
- Extreme Ownership & Growth Mindset: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, eager to experiment, and completely resilient against failures.
- Blunt & Well-Structured Communication: Ability to collaborate transparently and hold sharp alignments with Departmental Leaders, translating technical logic into plain business language.
- Environment: Fluent and comfortable working within MacOS/Linux operating systems.

- Gross Salary: VND 15,000,000 - 20,000,000 per month (Negotiable based on execution capacity).

5. WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday morning.
- Location: PATI Group Office – Midtown M7 Signature (Street 15, Tan My Ward, District 7, HCMC).
- Employment Type: Full-time & Onsite to ensure maximum alignment, rapid iteration, and peak collaboration velocity.
- Equipment: Please bring your personal laptop. Upon reaching Senior level, you will be fully equipped with a company-provided Macbook alongside other executive benefits.
