Job description for Feed Sales Manager at PT ASIA PRIMA KONJAC
What you'll be doing
1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for the company's animal feed products
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their individual and team sales goals
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and large-scale livestock producers
4. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the designated sales territory
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure effective sales execution and support
7. Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and other key business metrics to senior management
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales management role, preferably within the animal feed or agricultural industry
2. Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
4. Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a sales team
5. In-depth knowledge of the animal feed market, industry regulations, and customer needs
6. Proficient in data analysis and using sales and performance management tools
7. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
