We are looking for a proactive and growth-driven Business Development Executive, based in Danang to help
expand our Software Outsourcing business in global markets.

- Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Research
- Proactively research target markets and identify potential companies/customers aligned with the Ideal
Customer Profile.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities through multiple channels such as: LinkedIn outreach; Cold
emailing; Cold calling; Lead database research
- Generate and nurture potential leads to create new business opportunities.
Qualification & Appointment Setting
- Conduct initial qualification calls/emails to evaluate leads based on: Budget; Authority; Need; Timeline;...
- Identify qualified opportunities and schedule high-quality meetings for the Business Development Manager.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
CRM Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update lead/customer information accurately in CRM or Lead Management systems.
- Track outreach activities, lead conversion performance, and pipeline quality.
- Prepare reports and provide insights to improve lead generation effectiveness.
Collaboration & Sales Support
- Work closely with the BDM/Sales team to optimize lead qualification criteria and sales processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve outreach strategies and customer engagement.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales efficiency and prospecting performance.
- Qualifications
- Bachelorʼs degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related
field.
- 1 + years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within the IT/Software Outsourcing industry.
- Professional English fluency is mandatory, as you will be targeting English-speaking markets and presenting
to senior leadership.
- Proven experience in market research and data analysis. You should be comfortable turning "numbers" into
"strategies."
- A business-minded professional with a "strong spirit"—consistent, deadline-oriented, and able to keep calm
under pressure.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to communicate strategy clearly in both verbal
and written forms.
- Familiarity with AI tools to optimize workflows is a plus.
