I/ Mô tả công việc
- Receive and handle inquiries, provide information related to policies, services, and products to customers via email.
- Support in resolving customer complaints, propose suitable solutions or alternatives within the allowed timeframe; ensure issues are followed up and resolved completely.
- Perform other tasks as assigned and guided by the Team Leader.
II/ Yêu cầu công việc
- Basic English reading comprehension (documents, emails, etc.).
- Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools to track order data.
- Experience in Customer Service, Fulfillment POD, Dropshipping, or related fields.
Thu nhập:
- 50k/hour + Bonus Perfomance
