WORKING TIME:
- Work in shifts
- Working schedule according to company arrangements
- Average working time: 46 hours/week
- 2 days off/ week (weekday)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support merchants and customers to handle order problems in Japanese, English as well as Vietnamese;
- Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
- Coordinate with departments in the company to support and solve customer problems, and improve the company's services.
- Manage and maintain the customer information database;
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Japanese equivalent to N2 level (main langues);
- Good English communication skills (written & spoken);
- Must be based in Hanoi or Da Nang to support tasks that require onsite presence when needed;
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience;
- Good communication, self-discipline, and responsibility for work;
- No prior customer service experience is required.
- Experience in a similar position is a plus; candidates with experience in F&B or restaurant environments, especially in international or Western-managed settings, or with prior exposure to startup environments,will have an advantage.
- Age: Prefer under 28.
