Job Description
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual statements).
- Collect, consolidate, and validate financial data from multiple departments and systems.
- Assist in coordinating financial planning activities and preparing executive summaries for management and stakeholders.
- Support the development of automated reports and interactive dashboards to convert complex data into meaningful insights and enable real-time analysis.
- Develop a solid understanding of financial processes and contribute to the smooth execution of cross-functional or harmonized projects.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power Query for managing large and complex datasets.
- Strong analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative), with experience building customized reporting models and templates based on business requirements.
- Working knowledge of Power BI/SQL and SAP (or other ERP/financial systems) is a plus.
- Python is preferred.
- Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about streamlining processes and continuous improvement.
- Communication and presentation skills; confident in engaging with senior leadership.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
