JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior HR & Admin Executive to lead recruitment activities and oversee office administration in the Ha Noi office. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the capability to supervise office operations and ensure a professional and efficient working environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Recruitment (70%)
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing,, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Optimize recruitment channels and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Track, analyze and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, conversion rates, etc.).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
2. Office Administration & Operations (30%)
• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional working environment.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and office discipline; provide reminders and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage and coordinate with suppliers (cleaning, pantry, equipment, etc.) and building management.
• Handle monthly payments, contracts, and documentation with vendors and office building.
• Supervise office facilities, assets, and ensure proper maintenance.
• Manage office budget for admin-related expenses and optimize costs.
• Organize internal events (monthly birthdays, quarterly parties, company events).
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all admin activities.
3. HR Operations & Reporting
• Prepare HR & Admin reports (daily/weekly/quartely) with insights and improvement actions.
• Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company regulations.
• Continuously improve HR/Admin processes for better efficiency and employee experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR & Admin, with strong focus on recruitment.
• Proven experience in handling multiple roles and managing hiring independently.
• Experience in office administration, vendor management, and office operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & reporting).
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
