Mô tả công việc

Production Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop and manage short- and long-term production plans based on demand forecasts and customer orders.
  • Create detailed production schedules and adjust them to accommodate changes.
  • Ensure alignment between production capacity and demand requirements.

Team Supervision

  • Lead, guide and monitor the production in execution of the plan in timely manner.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
  • Ensure coordination between planning, production floor, strategic planning, finance controlling, and inventory controller.

Demand & Forecast Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, and supply chain teams to understand demand forecasts.
  • Analyze historical data to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Translate demand plans into production requirements.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory levels.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Work closely with procurement for timely material availability.

Capacity Planning

  • Assess production capacity and identify constraints or bottlenecks.
  • Plan workforce, equipment, and resources to meet production targets.
  • Recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and throughput.

Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in planning and scheduling processes.
  • Implement improvements using Lean, ERP tools, or automation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track key metrics such as schedule adherence, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for management.
  • Analyze performance data and recommend corrective actions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with production, logistics, quality, procurement and customer service teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments.
  • Resolve any production or planning-related disruptions.

Yêu cầu công việc

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and organizational abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
  • Advanced Excel or data analysis skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations.
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.
