Job Responsibilities
- Work with global clients from markets such as Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Philippines, South Korea, and others.
- Participate in presales activities to support opportunity qualification and early client engagement.
- Support the preparation of proposal artifacts, including:
Pitch decks
Work Breakdown Structure — WBS
Tender responses
Requirement summaries
High-level solution documents
Estimation inputs
- Translate ambiguous or high-level client needs into structured business and functional requirements.
- Support client discovery sessions and requirement workshops during the early sales stage.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Solution Architects, and Technical teams to shape proposed solutions.
- Provide input to design and product specifications.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively during early-stage client discussions.
- Commit outputs such as user journeys, process flows, wireframes, and requirement documents.
General Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience ( BA, a presales role,...)
- Good knowledge of software development processes and software development life cycle.
- Familiar with standard presales processes, including:
- Translating ambiguous requirements into structured business/functional requirements
- Strong business analytical skills and structured logical thinking.
- Able to understand complex software systems and learn quickly.
- Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively during the initial stages of client engagement.
- Able to deliver outputs such as user journeys, wireframes, process flows, and requirement documents.
- Good English, especially in speaking, reading, and writing.
- A third language is a plus.
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new things, able to work under pressure, and flexible when needed.
