Job Description:
- Support Experience & Community Team to organize events and work together with Operations Team to prepare each event.
- Support Marketing Team on providing content from each event for company social media.
- Participate on the weekly events in the space, eg: member lunch, member meet up, etc ; engage with the members as well.
- Do events' observation in other coworking space with similar businesses and make a summary list for our events' improvement
- Support Experience & Community Team to post the event page on social media platforms and shortlist the event RSVP.
- Do some research to improve the performance in Experience & Community Department
- Help to shortlist the event RSVP from Facebok/socials
- Update the member and activities spotlight board in the location on per weekly basis
- Help to take pictures (while around)
Requirements :
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about community building, events, and customer experience.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Ability to communicate in English is preferred.
- Eager to learn and take initiative.
