Job description for Executive Sales and Development at PT Health Today Indonesia
- Have passion to find potential new leads in the sector of F&B
- Have good communication and selling skills
- Creative and up to date to current trends and technologies
- Able to see business opportunities and analyze the market
- Prepare a work plan / call plan for projected achievements and sales planning visit area
- Able to meet targets based on KPI
- Create and provide weekly reports for monitoring the results of sales performances
- Build relationships with customers by providing product’s guide and informations
- Identify existing product application development and be up to date to new products by looking at industry trends, market activities, and competitor developments
- Responsible for reaching all outlets in the region assigned to achieve the target
- Develop customers and sales in the region determined through a consultative sales approach
- Male aged 25 - 35 years; attractive
- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in a business related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales / marketing poisition. Barista are welcome
- Having experience in B2B / Horeca sales would be an additional point
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Have personal motorcycle
- Able to work individually and in a team
- Results driven, proactive in approach
- Able to work under pressure
- Understand computer literate and google sheets
