- Manage daily and monthly kitchen operation and production. Monitor the production based on our demand and production target.
- Oversee the supply stock levels and analyze monthly cost of good sold and wastage.
- Maintain a sanitary, organized, and productive work environment with well maintained equipment and strict health and hygiene measures.
- Lead and manage the kitchen team working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Work closely with HR to identify recruitment needs.
- Work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to guide, train and motivate our Commis Pastry and new members.
- Develop new concepts and products for our regular menu as well as our seasonal menus with a deep understanding of the brand and the market.
- Work closely with the Management and back office team on the development of our new stores and projects.
- Track monthly performance indicators with our Management and Accounting.
- Previous experience as an Executive or Head Pastry Chef with minimally 5 years leading a team.
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Fluent in English. Bilingual is a huge plus.
- Ability to lead a team and oversee production.
- Creative mindset.
