Kualifikasi:

  • Pria
  • Usia maksimal 45 tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Tata Boga atau sederajat
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Executive Chef / Head Chef
  • Menguasai pengelolaan kitchen operasional dan food cost
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan team management yang baik
  • Mampu membuat standard recipe dan menjaga kualitas makanan
  • Memahami hygiene, sanitasi, dan standar kitchen
  • Disiplin, kreatif, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan

    Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:
  • Mengawasi seluruh operasional kitchen
  • Membuat dan mengembangkan menu
  • Mengontrol kualitas rasa dan penyajian makanan
  • Mengatur jadwal kerja staff kitchen
  • Mengontrol stok bahan baku dan penggunaan kitchen equipment
  • Memastikan kebersihan area kitchen sesuai SOP
  • Melakukan evaluasi performa team kitchen
