· Act as point of contact between CEO, Managing Director, clients, employees and other stakeholders.
· Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
· Manage CEO’s and Managing Director's calendar, set up meetings and accurately take minutes from meetings.
· Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence, as well as opening, sorting and distributing incoming emails.
· Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with CEO or Managing Director.
· Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
· Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
· Making travel arrangements for CEO and Managing Director.
· Direct lead in social media, digital world and other websites.
· Professional level communications skills and fluent speaking and writing in English.
. Work experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant or similar role
. Educational background from secretarial academy is preferred
· Flexibility and adaptability .
· Ability to organize, prioritize and to manage different projects and companies.
· Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
· Flexible; able to work on some weekends or when needed.
