Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support
• Verifying and checking expenses claims and matching invoices to the relevant receipts
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Ensuring payment of invoices is completed within a timely manner and in accordance with payment terms
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to or from appropriate parties for variety of queries
• Conduct necessary research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration by executives, committees and boards of directors
• Schedule meeting, arrange conference calls, and attend the meetings to record minutes if required
• Receive and greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
• train and supervise lower-level clerical staff
Qualifications:
• Full time position
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Fluent in written English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major (fresh graduate accepted)
• Excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail, and outgoing personalities
