Executive Assistant (Internship or Full-time)

Working Location
Near One-North MRT station, Singapore
Role
Executive Assistant (internship or full-time)
Responsibilities
- Providing secretarial and administrative support for the local team
- Supporting the company’s social and marketing activities in Singapore
- Supporting the local team’s recruitment
- Helping with the translation of official documents, e.g., internal polices, marketing documents, or technical documents, from Chinese to English
Requirements
- Meticulous and resourceful with positive work attitude
- Bilingual native Chinese-English speaker (or proficiency in both languages)
- Good communication skills
- Singapore citizen or PR/DP holders preferred
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
