Job description for Executive Assistant to COO – Leadership Retreats (Canggu) at High and Low Headhunters
- Local candidates only
- Minimum 2+ years experience in an executive/ personal assistant role
- Ideally with hospitality, VIP membership, concierge or sales background
- High proficiency in excel, word, powerpoint, and diary management
- Well developed organisational skills
- Good written and verbal english
- Attention to detail in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Professional discretion
- Working knowledge of Linkedin and experience with an international organization is a plus
- Some travel may be required
- Assist in events
- Generate sales leads
- Administrative support to the COO
- Support the operations team
- Working hours Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm
- Salary according to experience + BPJS
