Are you a highly driven individual with solid experience in luxury hospitality preferably in Operations for Retreats?
A global member based platform for personal development, who through intimate retreats, development courses and peer to peer mentoring help and empower individuals to unlock their core purpose is searching for an Executive Assistant to support their COO in the next phase of their dynamic journey. The ideal candidate is an excellent multi tasker and has had previous experience working with an international organization in the hospitality sector.
Requirements:
- Local candidates only
- Minimum 2+ years experience in an executive/ personal assistant role
- Ideally with hospitality, VIP membership, concierge or sales background
- High proficiency in excel, word, powerpoint, and diary management
- Well developed organisational skills
- Good written and verbal english
- Attention to detail in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Professional discretion
- Working knowledge of Linkedin and experience with an international organization is a plus
- Some travel may be required
Responsibilities:
- Assist in events
- Generate sales leads
- Administrative support to the COO
- Support the operations team
- Working hours Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm
