- Creating proposal, event format, handling post-event report.
- Managing events and campaigns: planning, production, operation, logistics.
- Communicating and negotiating with clients, sponsors and suppliers.
- Handling budgeting and invoicing.
- Obtaining permits.
- On-site staff/manager for Vietcetera's events.
- Oversee the project team's progress & tasks.
- Bilingual (EN-VN) is a must.
- At least 3 years of experience in events organizing.
- Graduate who majors in Event Management/Hospitality Management or related studies.
- Enthusiastic professional and passionate about events.
- Possess good leadership skills and project management experience.
- Free spirit and open-minded.
- Independent, highly organized, good time management.
- Flexible with working hours (for events that take place during weekends, or at night)
