Job description for Events Executive at 8VI Holdings Limited
What you will be doing:
• Be in charge of the execution of various programmes and events
• Create consistent Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to enhance the operational efficiency of the programmes
• Source and coordinate with potential suppliers for programme related matters
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and to place orders as required
• Generate post event reports to support Operations and Finance teams
• Provide administrative, logistical and telemarketing support for all programmes
• Provide support and ensure that all aspects of the programme runs smoothly
