Job description for Events Administrator at Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors

This role will provide administrative support to the Stakeholder Engagement team, managing incoming enquiries, and administrative tasks for support webinars, training, and events. This role will support the delivery of our engagement activities with the profession.
Key Responsibilities
- To record, update and amend customer information on internal database to ensure accurate data.
- To create and respond to cases in line with the agreed service level
- Assist the team with the administrative organisation of B2C/B2B workshops/presentations.
- To support with webinar, training and events administration
- Send satisfaction survey post workshop and consolidate the feedback.
- Ensure confidential and financial information is secure by complying with data protection regulations (GDPR)
- Support with development and testing of new processes and systems, providing feedback from a customer perspective (if required).
- Adhoc general administration activities as needed
Experience Required
- 1-2 years experience in a similar capacity (recent graduates are welcomed)
- Possess excellent communication skills with a genuine passion to providing outstanding customer service.
- A sound understanding and ability to work with Microsoft packages
- Ability to build effective relationships with members, the public and stakeholders
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise work to ensure deadlines are met
- An eager, flexible, team worker who is committed and conscientious
- Ability to act as a positive role model and a desire to make a difference.
- Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional and mature manner
- Committed to improving and developing own personal skills through training and coaching
