RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administrative support to the marketing team.
• Assist to co-ordinate events: Prepare, pack and delivery POSM to events and back to office. Be presented and support for the event organization as required.
• Manage the point-of-sale inventory and control in flow and out flow; in charge of receving and delievering the inventory item to outlet or to other destinations as required.
• Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested.
• Ad-hoc as requested by the Line Manager.
PERSONAL SPECS
• Internship duration: 6 months (Full time)
• Open for 3th – 4th year student in relating major or fresher.
• High level of English written and spoken.
• Able to work in late night as event required.
• Willingness to work in nightlife enviroment.
• Handle multiple of tasks.
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Able to work under pressure.
• Passion, outgoing, team oriented.
