JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead generation & Client inquiries:
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients, including corporate clients, event agencies, wedding planners, and other relevant prospects.
- Receive and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, social media, website, and other communication channels.
Client consultation, quotation & site inspection:
- Understand clients’ needs, recommend suitable event spaces and service packages, prepare and send quotations.
- Conduct site inspections, show clients around the event venues, and introduce available facilities and equipment.
Contract negotiation & Event coordination:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and support the closing and signing of contracts.
- Prepare detailed event briefs and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth event execution.
Event Support & Post-Event Follow-up:
- Provide on-site support during events and assist in handling any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate post-event inspections, finalize additional charges, and follow up on outstanding payments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Good command of English is essential, as the role requires English communication across all key responsibilities.
- A strong interest in sales and a clear career orientation toward long-term development in sales
- Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, quick to respond, and able to work under pressure,
- Flexible working hours and availability to support events as required.
