We are looking for an ERP Functional Consultant / ERP Implementation Consultant to support enterprise ERP implementation projects. This role will be responsible for business requirement analysis, process mapping, solution configuration, testing, user training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Candidates with experience in major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, Epicor, NetSuite, IFS, Sage, Acumatica, or other enterprise ERP systems are encouraged to apply. Product-specific training will be provided for selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from business users and stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops to understand current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configuration requirements.
• Participate in ERP implementation activities from requirement gathering through go-live.
• Configure ERP modules based on approved business requirements.
• Support business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Work closely with technical teams for customization, integration, data migration, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare test scenarios and test cases, and support SIT and UAT activities.
• Support go-live preparation, deployment, issue tracking, and stabilization.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and handover documents.
• Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
• Support onsite workshops, UAT, go-live, user training, and post-go-live stabilization when required.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of ERP implementation, ERP consulting, or business application implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of at least one business domain:

• Human Resources
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, UAT, user training, and deployment support.
• Ability to prepare functional documents such as FSD, business process documents, test cases, user manuals, and training materials.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel for onsite project activities across APAC and Vietnam when required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with one or more ERP platforms:

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, retail, trading, or professional services industries.
• Experience supporting multinational or regional ERP implementation projects.
• Understanding of ERP integration concepts, data migration, reporting, and enterprise business processes.
• SQL or relational database knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience working with Chinese ERP solutions or Chinese-invested enterprises is highly desirable.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred. Candidates with Chinese language skills will be given priority consideration.
• Flexible to work with regional and cross-border project teams.
Nice to Have
• ERP certification or formal training in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor, Epicor, Yonyou or similar platforms.
• Experience with finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, or HR module implementation.
• Experience working with cross-border project teams.
• Experience supporting system localization, multi-entity, multi-currency, or multi-language ERP environments.
• Basic understanding of API integration, BI/reporting tools, or workflow systems.
