Job Description
The full time position will be primarily focused on teaching English to Software Engineers.
- Conduct needs analysis to determine the level of English competency in the whole organization.
- Work closely with the L&D Team to make an overall plan for English program and other activities.
- Develop learning plan/programs, activities and materials for all programs like Business English class, soft skills training, workshops, 1-on-1 coaching.
- Promote English learning in the organization through English learning communities, English clubs.
- Assess students’ performance, give feedback and update performance form.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust if necessary.
Requirements
Must have:
- Experience in teaching Business English for company, preferably in IT industry
- Strong excellent coaching, communication, presentation and critical thinking skills.
Nice to have:
- Diploma, Bachelor or Master’s degree from an accredited university and Teaching qualification (CELTA/TESOL/TEFL or equivalent)
- Experience in soft skills training, planning.
