ABOUT THE JOB
Your job is to do live videos (streams) on TikTok to talk and connect with people from around the world. You will chat with viewers, talk about fun topics, join app events, and grow your own group of fans.
Important: This is a fun entertainment job. It is NOT a sales or marketing job. You do not need to sell products, you do not need to share links, and you do not have any sales targets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Live Video Streaming: Open TikTok and start a live video using your phone or laptop from a quiet space at home.
Talk to Viewers: Say hello to people who join your live video, read their text comments, and talk back to them in a friendly, high-energy way.
Fun Activities: Tell stories, chat about different topics, and play friendly mini-games (called "PK battles") with other hosts on the app.
Get Fans: Be welcoming so that viewers want to come back to your live videos again and again.

WORK HOURS
Daily Time: Work at least 6 hours every day.
Choose Your Shift: You can pick your own hours (morning, afternoon, or night shifts).
Weekly Days: Work 6 days a week.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR (REQUIREMENTS)
Language: Must have excellent conversational English. You must be comfortable speaking smoothly, naturally, and confidently on camera to an American (US) audience.
Camera Presence: You must be full of energy, friendly, and happy to show your face on live video. Good speaking skills are very important.
Look: Look neat and presentable on camera.
Reliable: You must log in and start your video exactly on time for your chosen shift.
Equipment: A quiet room at home, a good phone or laptop, and fast, stable internet.
SAFETY & PROTECTION FOR YOU
Live Chat Moderation: To keep you safe, our staff watches your live video chats. If anyone writes bad comments, trolls, or acts rudely, our team will instantly block and remove them.
Problem Solving: We will teach you easy ways to deal with rude people online safely and calmly.
SALARY & PAY STRUCTURE
Minimum Guaranteed Base Salary: 5000000.00 IDR - 7000000.00 IDR fixed every month. You will get this money no matter what, even if you are new and do not receive many digital gifts.
Bonus (Commission): Extra commissions based on digital gifts received during live streams.
