Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of Employer Branding initiatives across platforms.
- Assist in creating content and designing communication materials (images, articles, videos…) for recruitment campaigns and internal communications.
- Participate in organizing and executing recruitment events (job fairs, workshops, company tours, employer introduction programs), ensuring a positive candidate experience and enhancing the employer brand.
- Support candidate sourcing and engagement for open positions, including posting job ads, screening applications, and contacting candidates.
- Assist with administrative tasks and internal activities to improve employee experience.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements:
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Prefer candidates with experience in student clubs, campus activities, or event organization.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources, especially in Recruitment and Employer Branding.
- Proficient in Canva; basic knowledge of Photoshop or other design tools is a plus.
- Creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
- Have a personal laptop.
