Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving the company's recruitment strategy and execution, partnering closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, define talent profiles, and attract high-quality talent.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities at this stage. The position focuses on recruitment excellence, critical position fulfillment, talent market intelligence, and providing strategic hiring solutions to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hiring Needs Management
- Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and workforce requirements;
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and talent requirements;
- Support business leaders in developing job scopes and talent profiles;
- Provide recruitment recommendations and talent solutions to management.
2. Recruitment Delivery & Talent Acquisition
- Independently manage recruitment activities, including requirement analysis, talent sourcing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up;
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines and candidate databases;
- Continuously optimize sourcing channels to improve recruitment efficiency and hiring quality;
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
3. Talent Assessment & Hiring Decision Support
- Establish and enhance candidate assessment standards and interview methodologies;
- Evaluate candidates based on professional competencies, growth potential, and cultural fit;
- Provide objective hiring recommendations and support hiring decisions;
- Improve hiring quality and talent-job fit.
4. Talent Market Intelligence
- Monitor talent market trends and competitor hiring activities;
- Conduct talent mapping and market research initiatives;
- Analyze compensation benchmarks and talent availability;
- Provide market insights to support recruitment planning and strategy adjustments.
5. Recruitment Process Improvement
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and assessment frameworks;
- Establish recruitment reporting and performance analysis mechanisms;
- Drive recruitment standardization and best practices;
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience;
- Experience in E-commerce, Internet, Digital Marketing, or fast-growing companies is preferred;
- Proven success in recruiting for key local positions and critical business roles;
- Strong knowledge of talent profiling, candidate assessment, and structured interviewing techniques;
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear talent profiles and recruitment strategies;
- Strong business acumen and talent assessment capability;
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills;
- Strong market awareness, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
- Chinese or English can be used as a working language.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for E-commerce Operations, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Product, Customer Service, or other business-critical functions;
Strong understanding of the Vietnam talent market;
Experience conducting Talent Mapping projects;
Experience working in startups or high-growth organizations.
