Our creative & dynamic team is looking for a Digital Account Manager (open for strong Senior Account Executive to Associate Account Manager/Account Supervisor level) with the key roles and responsibilities as follows:
_Roles & Responsibilities_
- Play the key role in connecting smoothly between Clients and internal teams, as well as other stakeholders;
- Lead cross-channel digital marketing campaigns for SaaS and App clients, managing performance from strategy to execution across platforms;
- Automate reporting processes for digital campaigns, improving data visibility, reducing manual tasks, and accelerating decision-making cycles;
- Control client’s budget and revenue-cost, to ensure the required profitability;
- Track and optimize and report campaign KPIs and app/content performance metrics, using client feedback and post-campaign analysis to inform strategic recommendations;
- Proactively monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform internal marketing strategies and recommend optimization initiatives;
- Regularly report the business results, and business performance to clients and related stakeholders in the agency.
_Candidate Profile_
We would like to hear from those who have:
- Solid account management experience managing digital and technology accounts, particularly clients in the App, SaaS, or software industry.
- Experience working with data or DataHub platforms is a plus.
- A self-starter with a positive and can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment; be level-headed, dependable, and calm to deal and solve problems.
- Minimal 3+ years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communication capacity, with a must-have in handling integrated communication.
- Proven leadership skill.
- Appreciation for detail and follow-through, great time management and multi-tasker.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a team-player.
