Job description for Education Marketing Specialist at Reactor School
- You will be responsible for building and improving an integrated marketing-sales funnel. You will execute marketing campaigns to target school owners, educators, parents and students.You will work with the sales team to ensure these leads convert into won deals.
- You will decide what marketing tactics to deploy. This may include, but is not limited to blog posts, customer case studies, whitepapers, ebooks, videos, landing pages, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.
- You will execute marketing campaigns. You will track the effectiveness of various campaigns and calculate the Marketing ROI.
- You will implement marketing automation tools and lead nurturing processes. You will close the loop with the sales team to understand which marketing activities best generate leads and convert to deals.
- You will be responsible for periodic (biweekly, monthly and quarterly) marketing meetings.
- You will interview clients/customers, to understand their challenges and propose possible solutions.
- You will assist in the management of our online and social media channels, including making them SEO compliant.
- You will allocate and control the digital marketing budget. Where applicable, work with vendors and agencies to create and/or localise marketing activities.
- At least 3 years of managing a marketing funnel in the education, edutech or related sector.
- Have prior experience managing CRM and marketing automation software, such as Pipedrive, Mailchimp, Saleswhale or the equivalents.
- Have a track record of managing a marketing budget and being responsible for marketing ROI.
