Chi tiết công việc Growth Marketing Executive tại Autonomous Inc
[PHU NHUAN - HCM]
Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
What we're building, and why
We started Autonomous to build things for people who work at their desk all day. Standing desks, chairs, pods. Over a million of
them now, in homes, offices, and garages around the world.
Software got AI. Hardware didn't. So we turned the company toward building hardware that does.
What we're shipping right now:
- Intern — a local personal AI device for your desk. Raspberry Pi 5. OpenClaw + Hermes plugins. Pre-trained, role-specialized.
- Lamp — a desk robot in the shape of a lamp. Articulated arm. 5-axis servos. Wide-angle vision. On-device NPU. Local memory.
- Desk/Chair — an electric standing desk with physical and digital sensors. Air, CO₂, noise, RH. Claude Code usage. Dual motor.
- EdgeAI — a custom on-prem AI computer. NVIDIA RTX 4090D GPUs. Real-time inference. No cloud.
Our customers are founders, developers, and engineers who vibe code.
The role
You'll work in a small, fast-paced, AI-native team — closely with engineers and the product team. Saigon office, five days a week.
That's how the team operates and we're not changing it for this role.
You'll own how Autonomous shows up in the world — the launches, the landing pages, the channels, the funnels, the loops that
bring builders to the brand. You ship.
Title is whatever we decide it should be — Marketer, Executive, Manager, Lead. What we care about is what you put in front of
the world, how fast, and how well.
What you'll actually get to do
Launch cool AI devices. Lamp. Intern. VibeDesk. The next one after that. There is no template for selling hardware that
thinks. You'll write it.
Build a growth stack on agents. Cold outbound, content repurposing, competitor tracking, daily revenue dashboards —
built once, run forever. You build the agents; the agents do the work.
Own one channel end-to-end. TikTok, Reddit, HN, paid, SEO, partnerships. Pick the one you can win, then we 10x it.
Sit next to engineering, design, and ops. Small team. No marketing-vs-product friction. Whoever you need is a desk
away.
If a product doesn't land, we move on to the next. That's the rhythm.
What we're looking for
- We're not optimizing for a CV. We're looking for someone who already lives in 2026.
- You use AI every day, for real work. Not as a parlor trick. You have Claude or ChatGPT conversations from this week you'd be happy to share. You have opinions about which model handles which task.
- You use agentic frameworks and manage agents to get things done. Claude Code, Claude Cowork, OpenClaw, Hermes — whichever. You've made agents do real work, not just demos.
- You ship. Something went out into the world in the last 30 days — a post, a video, a side project, a landing page someone read. The artifact doesn't matter; the habit does.
- You have taste. You can read Linear's homepage or Anthropic's blog and tell us, specifically, why they work. You can read five random YC landing pages and tell us, specifically, why they don't.
- You write English at a near-native or native level. Doesn't matter where you learned it. It matters that you write it daily and well.
- You move fast. You'd rather ship five rough things this week than one polished thing next month. Polish follows signal.
If "willingness to learn AI tools" is a phrase you'd put on your CV, this isn't the role.
What we offer
- A small, fast-paced, AI-native team that ships. Engineers, designers, and ops people who use the products they build.
- The Saigon office — standing desks, coffee bar, free meals, full medical and dental.
- A Macbook, a monitor, a desk that goes up and down.
- Every AI subscription you actually use — Claude Max, ChatGPT Pro, Cursor, n8n, ElevenLabs, whatever moves work forward.
- 12 paid days off, unlimited sick leave, official holidays.
- Salary calibrated to what you can ship — set after the take-home, not your last paycheck. We pay well when the work is good.
