How You Can Contribute?
- Own the successful delivery of multiple digital and software projects from initiation through deployment.
- Partner closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align project goals, priorities, and expectations.
- Lead requirement clarification, scope management, and solution discussions to ensure business needs are translated into effective deliverables.
- Drive project governance, risk management, resource planning, and delivery execution across cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with Business Users and C-level stakeholders, providing clear project visibility and facilitating informed decision-making.
- Foster collaboration across teams, resolve challenges proactively, and maintain momentum toward project objectives.
- Champion delivery excellence and continuously improve project management practices, processes, and team effectiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Software Project Management, with proven delivery of digital products and software solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Possess at least one certification: PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, or equivalent.
- Hands-on Business Analysis capability, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution discussions.
- Strong experience in E-commerce, Retail, Mobile Applications, and API-First Architecture projects.
- Excellent communication skills with Business Users, Senior Management, and C-level stakeholders, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
