Home & Health Distributors is a leading importer and distributor of healthy, plant-based food products from New Zealand. We focus on 100% natural products made by companies that are environmentally sustainable and socially responsible. Our customers include supermarkets, corporate canteens, café/restaurants, gourmet grocers, etc. We exclusively carry Fix & Fogg, Raglan Food Co., Almighty Drinks, Serious Food Co., and Tom & Luke.
Job responsibilities
The eCommerce & Marketing Intern will focus on supporting existing eCommerce channels (RedMart, Amazon, NTUC Online) as well as initiating and helping to run marketing initiatives for various events.
eCommerce:
- Work with eCommerce Lead on strengthening online presence on existing eCommerce platforms and driving sales
- Audit existing eCommerce channels, strategy and listings
- Brainstorm new ways to enhance online presence and move sales
- Evaluate potential/new eCommerce options in Singapore and initiate set-up
- Assist in managing B2C platforms such as Shopee and Lazada
Marketing:
- Improve content-managemet systems and work with existing CRM systems
- Support in building annual marketing calendar/ social media calendar on Hootsuite and boost social media presence (3-month project)
- Independently optimise collateral for newsletters, social media and other online platforms
- Build a plan to connect with key figures/local influencers and engage in new partnerships to implement a stronger position for brands
Ideal candidate
To succeed in this role, you would have:
- Drive / ability to work in the absence of clearly defined tasks
- Good task prioritization skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Creative eye and meticulous with details and numbers
- Passion for both online and offline commerce
- All rounder attitude and willing to go the extra mile, always
Willingness to learn and being resourceful takes precedence over fancy university degrees and prior internship experience
Other details
● 5 working days, Monday to Friday, flexible working hours
● Office at 1003 Bukit Merah Central (Inno Centre)
● 10-12 week duration with flexibility to start depending on the school term
