JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy online (Facebook, Google, TikTok, SEO, Email, Website, etc.), offline (Partnership & Distribution Channels,…)
- Plan and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.
- Arrange trade show/event/activations.
- Oversee and optimize all digital channels and campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (traffic, conversion, CAC, ROI, ROAS…).
- Collaborate with Content and Design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Optimize user experience (UX/UI) and customer journey across digital platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Digital Marketing team.
- Partner with the Sales team to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
REQUIRES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, CRM…).
- Understanding of conversion optimization (CRO) is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency in English
