Key Responsibilities
- Access management and accounts creation – Support APAC and local teams with user account and access management for JARVIS system, utilizing both JARVIS and IT Remedy systems.
- Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering – Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical deliverables to enhance the JARVIS system and support ongoing projects.
- Data Source Assessment – Evaluate and analyze data from various systems (SAP, SFDC, SuccessFactors, etc.) based on business requirements, ensuring the right data is leveraged for reporting and analysis.
- Data Audits & Reconciliation – Perform random audits of data from various sources within APAC, ensuring data accuracy through reconciliation between final reports and source systems
- Data Quality Maintenance – Monitor data quality through feedback and metrics, addressing issues and implementing corrections as needed.
- Data Usage & Insights – Share best practices for data usage across teams and provide actionable insights to improve decision-making.
- Compliance & Security – Ensure data compliance and security, safeguarding sensitive information and providing regulatory guidance.
- Industry Knowledge – Experience with enterprise systems like SAP, SFDC, and Tableau is a plus.
Essential Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in data management and analytics report creation.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Familiarity with AWS, Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent data and analytics tools. Understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, detect anomalies, and solve complex data-related issues.
- Experience supporting data-related projects, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, and deliverable tracking.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements related to workstream. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders, especially in translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in Sales Operation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of regional data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) and compliance best practices.
- Familiarity with Process controls and documentation (e,g, DTPS, SOPs).
- Comfortable working in international, multilingual environments.
- Willing to align with APAC time zones.
