Digital Performance Executive - Affiliate & Ads
About Autonomous
Autonomous is an AI-native company founded in 2015, transforming from smart office products into a global AI hardware and
product company.
We are building intelligent products that combine hardware, software, and AI to enhance how people work, create, and interact
with technology in real life.
Our mission is to build AI-powered systems and products that enhance human productivity and creativity at scale.
About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Affiliate & Ads) to help grow our affiliate program and paid marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone hands-on with affiliate marketing, Google/Meta Ads, campaign optimization, and performance metrics, with the ability to work across marketing, creative, and growth teams.
What You’ll Work On
You will work across Autonomous’ key AI product ecosystem, with a focus on:
1. Workspace AI: AI features for Autonomous’ workspace products, including desks, chairs, and WorkPods, making them more
intelligent, adaptive, and personalized.
2. Lamp: A physical AI companion for your desk that sees, hears, remembers, and proactively checks in before you ask,
powered by expressive motion and local AI for private, personal interactions.
3. Intern: The world’s first personal AI device, powered by OpenClaw, designed to handle tasks through simple text
instructions: “Text it. It’s handled."
What this role is:
- You own Autonomous’s affiliate program and back it with paid ads. Affiliate is where the weight sits.
- Affiliate is the priority because it’s where we want to scale next: partners, publishers, creators, review and deal sites driving qualified traffic to our two product lines: ergonomic office furniture and AI hardware. You’ll build the partner side of that engine, then run paid campaigns where the math works.
- Our main market is the US, and we sell direct. You’ll work with real numbers every day: EPC, CPA, AOV, ROAS, per partner, per channel. If you like vague brand campaigns with no attribution, this isn’t your role.
What you’ll do:
Affiliate
- Build and grow the affiliate/partner program — recruit, onboard, and activate publishers, content/review sites, deal & coupon partners, and creators.
- Run the affiliate stack day to day (Impact, Partnerize, Awin/ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten, or in-house tracking — whatever we land on).
- Design and tune commission structures, payouts, and incentives by partner tier.
- Track and report partner performance: clicks, conversions, EPC, CPA, AOV. Cut what’s not working, double down on what is.
- Negotiate placements and build direct relationships with top partners.
- Brief creative for partner-facing assets (links, banners, landing pages, codes).
- Watch for fraud, manage compliance and brand safety.
Paid ads
- Run and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping) and Meta — TikTok/Reddit as we test them.
- Own budgets, bids, targeting, and creative testing against CPA/ROAS targets.
- A/B test ad copy and creative with the design team.
- Read GA4 and the ad platforms well enough to make daily calls without waiting for a dashboard.
What you need:
- 1–2 years in performance marketing, with hands-on affiliate experience (DTC/ecommerce preferred).
- You've run at least one affiliate platform end to end, recruiting partners, setting commissions, reading reports.
- You actually use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, n8n) and can fold them into your own workflow.
- Hands-on with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads. You've spent real budget and can defend the decisions.
- Working English, you'll talk to international partners and networks directly.
This role isn't for you if
- You want to manage agencies and never touch a campaign yourself. This is hands-on.
- You're affiliate-curious but have only done paid ads. Affiliate is the core of the job, not a side task.
- You need a fixed playbook handed to you. A lot of this program you'll build from scratch.
