JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the headhunting company, including market expansion, industry focus, and client portfolio growth.
- Oversee all business operations, including Sales, Delivery (Recruitment), Marketing, and Operations.
- Manage and expand service offerings, including EOR (Employer of Record), Executive Search, Payroll Services, Mass Recruitment, and Staffing Services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, including C-level executives, HR Directors, and Hiring Managers.
- Lead and manage a team of consultants/headhunters to achieve revenue targets and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Establish and optimize end-to-end headhunting processes to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate closing rates.
- Manage P&L (Profit & Loss), ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Build and strengthen the company’s brand positioning in the executive search and recruitment industry.
- Stay up to date with labor market trends, industry developments, and hiring demands across sectors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in headhunting/recruitment.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in senior leadership roles such as CEO, Vice Director, Senior Director, or equivalent within the headhunting/recruitment industry.
- Proven hands-on experience in 360 recruitment, particularly for mid to senior-level roles.
- Strong network of enterprise clients and senior-level candidates.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, headhunting, and closing techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Prior experience in international headhunting firms or large recruitment agencies is a strong advantage.
- Strong command of English is required; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
