1. About the Project
We are a BPO company managing a high-profile marketing campaign for our partner, who operates in the premium Buy and Leaseback investment sector.
We are looking for a highly skilled Freelance Media Buyer to generate high-quality leads—specifically High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) and private investors. As our Media Buyer, you will run targeted ad campaigns, acquire qualified leads, and seamlessly route them to our BPO team, who will then transfer them to our client’s Sales team for closing.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and manage Lead Generation campaigns on platforms best suited for reaching international investors (e.g., Google Search, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
• International Targeting: Develop targeting parameters, bidding strategies, and ad copy specifically tailored to individual investors in AU, EU, and Middle East markets.
• Lead Quality Control: Focus strictly on the quality and intent of leads over sheer volume. Continuously monitor Cost Per Lead (CPL) while ensuring leads meet the financial criteria.
• BPO Collaboration & Feedback Loop: Work closely with our internal team to track lead statuses.
• Data & Reporting: Set up proper tracking (Pixel, Google Analytics, UTMs) and provide clear, transparent weekly/monthly performance dashboards for our team to present to the client.
3. Key Requirements (Mandatory)
• Mandatory Experience: You MUST have a proven track record and actual ad spend data in AU, EU, or the Middle East for high-ticket products/services (e.g., Real Estate, Financial Investments, Luxury Goods, Buy & Leaseback). Candidates with only domestic (Vietnam) experience will NOT be considered.
• Language: Strong English proficiency is absolute essential for creating compelling ad copy, setting up international targeting, and analyzing global data.
• BPO/Agency Mindset: You understand the critical importance of a feedback loop—adapting your campaigns based on third-party sales feedback.
• Transparency: Must be willing to share screens of past ad accounts/dashboards (with confidential data blurred) during the interview process to prove hands-on capability.
4. Compensation Options (To be negotiated based on candidate's seniority)
• Option 1: Fixed Monthly Retainer
o A flat, competitive monthly management fee agreed upon by both parties to cover campaign setup, daily monitoring, A/B testing, and comprehensive reporting.
• Option 2: Base Retainer + Performance Bonus
o A lower fixed monthly management fee, supplemented by a performance-based bonus tied directly to the quality of the leads (e.g., a bonus for every Marketing Qualified Lead approved by the sales team, or a percentage commission for every successfully closed contract).
