About the Project
We are looking for an experienced AI consultant, freelancer, agency, or automation specialist to help evaluate and propose AI solutions that can improve the workflow of our creative design studio. This is a project-based engagement, starting with a discovery and proposal phase, with the potential to continue into pilot implementation.

Candidates should have practical experience in several of the following areas:
• AI workflow design and implementation
• Business process automation
• Knowledge bases and document search
• OpenAI or similar LLM APIs
• Adobe Creative Cloud workflows
• Microsoft 365 / OneDrive integration
• Digital asset and file management
• Data privacy and access permissions
• No-code / low-code platforms (e.g. Make, n8n, Zapier)
Experience working with creative agencies, design studios, or marketing teams is a strong advantage.
Scope of Work
The selected consultant will:
• Review our current creative workflow.
• Identify opportunities for AI and automation.
• Recommend practical solutions using existing technologies and any necessary custom development.
• Propose a pilot implementation with clear priorities.
• Estimate timeline, cost, and required resources.
• Highlight potential risks, limitations, and security considerations.
• Recommend best practices for protecting client information and creative assets.

Each candidate should provide an initial proposal covering:
• Understanding of the opportunity
• Recommended approach
• Suggested pilot scope
• Technology recommendations
• Estimated timeline
• Estimated project cost
• Information required from our team
• Relevant case studies or similar projects
• Risks and recommendations
Engagement
• Project-based contract
• Remote (Vietnam)
• Discovery phase with opportunity for ongoing implementation if selected
Processing
• Review your proposal/portfolio
• Initial meeting
• Submit your final proposal (package, deadline, etc...)
