Chi tiết công việc Account Health & Pricing Specialist tại Turnkey FBA
ABOUT US
TurnKey FBA is an e-commerce business trading retail and wholesale across Amazon UK, US and EU marketplaces, through both FBA and FBM. We also help brands grow through our end-to-end Amazon services.
The Role
This role keeps our selling accounts healthy and our pricing sharp. Once products are listed, you help keep them compliant, priced right and problem-free, across FBA and FBM, on our retail and wholesale accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support account health: Help keep accounts healthy and compliant across FBA and FBM, identify issues early, and prepare Plans of Action (POAs) to support appeals and reinstatements
- Handle compliance & logistics: Ensure listings meet marketplace compliance, manage documentation (VAT, EORI, LUCID, GPSR, FDA, etc.), and coordinate FBM shipping, labeling, and customs compliance.
- Manage pricing and promotions: Set and adjust prices, fix violations, set up coupons and deals, and watch the Buy Box across our own and reseller listings.
- Manage listings: Keep them accurate. Expand to new marketplaces.
- Handle buyer support: Respond to buyer inquiries, returns, refunds, and delivery issues with fast and accurate responses to keep metrics healthy.
- Manage Amazon cases: Open, track, and follow up cases: listing errors, inventory issues, account discrepancies.
- Keep inventory healthy: Improve sell-through. Fix corrections, reconciliations, and mismatched data.
- Keep data clean: Accurate and consistent across systems.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Sharp eye for detail, especially inventory, pricing, and compliance data.
- Good written English. You'll handle buyer messages, Amazon support, and internal comms (IELTS 6.5+ / TOEIC 800+).
- Comfortable in Google Sheets / Excel (lookups, aggregation, filtering, sorting, text processing).
- Keen to learn Amazon Seller Central, account health, and compliance. We'll train the platform. You bring the rigour.
- Data reconciliation skills are a plus.
