We are looking for a dynamic Sales Management Support to join our Automotive (2-Wheeler) team, supporting sales operations, acquisition activities, and customer project coordination.
Job Summary
The Sales Management Support plays a critical role in enabling efficient sales operations, acquisition processes, and customer project coordination within Bosch’s Automotive (2-Wheeler) business. Acting as a key interface across sales, project management, and internal functions, this position ensures high-quality execution, data accuracy, and process compliance throughout the business lifecycle. This role offers a strong foundation for career growth at Bosch, providing exposure to regional and global stakeholders, structured development pathways, and the opportunity to advance into Commercial, Project Management, or Sales roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support business acquisition activities:
- Coordinate internal meetings, timelines, and cross-functional alignment
- Prepare documents for internal approvals and business case simulations
- Support CRM processes and acquisition milestones
Support commercial & project activities:
- Coordinate change requests, quotations, and contract-related documentation
- Assist in project lifecycle management (PLCM, EOS, ZVA, etc.)
- Support business continuity and customer project transitions
Manage sample orders & customer coordination:
- Handle sample quotations, order processing, and delivery tracking
- Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, cost coverage, planning quality)
- Support internal & external communication (non-commercial topics only)
Perform sales controlling & forecasting:
- Coordinate planning cycles (forecast, BBMSP) and ensure data accuracy
- Conduct reporting, KPI tracking, and volume verification
- Support sales operations & commercial processes:
- Assist in Accounts Receivable, credit management, and dispute handling
- Support customer claims, logistics coordination, and digital platforms
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience
- 1–3 years in Sales Support / Sales Operations / Project Coordination
- Experience in automotive or multinational environments is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP / CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
